40 years of supplying concrete to domestic, industrial, mining & government clients

At Bell Rural Contracting, our mission is to supply quality concrete product and pumping services to remote and rural areas of Queensland. We pride ourselves on being timely, responsive and committed to working with the client to meet their needs, with highly competitive pricing on all services. Our team takes on projects of any scope, from in-ground pools and house slabs to mining infrastructure and main road culverts.

Bell Rural Contracting (BRC) commenced operations in 1987, delivering rural contracting services across North West Queensland. In 2007, BRC started operating a concrete batching plant in Cloncurry to supplement our services and begin delivering concrete to major local clients. Our exceptional customer service and quality assurance has also secured us the status of “preferred supplier” for the Department of Transport and Main Roads as well as RoadTek.

BRC is the only concrete supplier in North West Queensland to offer mobile batching plants. These can be quickly and easily established on site and offer significant savings in cost and time as trucks don’t need to travel long distances to get the concrete to where it is needed. In a region characterised by remote locations and high temperatures (which can impact on the quality of concrete in transit), having a batch plant on site is a valuable tool for any significant infrastructure project.

At BRC, we are a proud and active member of the North West Queensland community. BRC sponsors local events such as the Cloncurry Muster, clubs such as the Australian Junior Rodeo Association Inc. and undertakes volunteer works for local schools. One recent example was the construction on a new concrete walkway at St Joseph’s primary school.

BRC also contributes to the Cloncurry PCYC and donates to supply children’s books to the Cloncurry and Mt Isa Hospitals.
